Great location; responsive host; outstanding city view; could use a deep clean and thorough maintenance check; iffy lifts; quiet building; a handy bodega run by nice people across the street and an M&S food two streets north. I'd stay here again.

This little flat is pretty much exactly as described, right in the heart of Soho and set on the 14th floor offering sweeping views of the city skyline. The owner is super proactive and the check-in process went super smooth.
Unfortunately for us the adjacent flat seemed to be undergoing renovations and we spent 4 days with constant drilling and hammering from 9am throughout the day and sometimes into the evening.
I guess such a thing is always a risk with an older apartment building but I would consider staying here again as the location cannot be faulted.
