The location was perfect, the apartment was spotless, there was plenty of space for the children it was their best holiday yet and the staff were exceptional they went out of their way to help us numerous times

Great location and clean bedding
Uncomfortably hot in bedroom, and not enough bedding for the third bed

Very clean
Our room was changed without discussion with us. I recently had spinal surgery therefore booked the flat based on it having a lift. The lift only goes up to 3rd floor where we should have stayed. I was told on arrival that it had been changed as we were only staying one night and the other people were staying 3 nights. I then had to get up 2 short sets of steps and one longer one. I did it but it was not ideal.

homeless people camping near the door, internet not good-no hot water first day because no directions on how it operated, no directions fir tv
