Summary:
Stay in the heart of Fitzrovia, London in this modern and spacious 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building. Please note there is NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, ideal for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this modern and spacious 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, ideally located on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival, so you can settle in right away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. There's a full bathroom.
The living area is a lovely space to unwind, with a smart TV (flat screen) and a dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

-Baby cot: £50 for the stay

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

The apartment was great value for money with the most positive aspects being the size of the apartment, cleanliness, and location as it was nearby a lot of shops, restaurants, and tube stops. Communication with the host was also very strong as they would reply to any messages I sent within a few hours, and sometimes within even less than an hour. One downside of the property was the check-in/check-out process in which you had to pick up/drop off keys at an offsite location. While the offsite location was nearby and within walking distance to the apartment, it was a minor inconvenience when considering the fact I had a lot of luggage to carry with me. Additionally, I had to check out very early in the morning which meant I had to drop of the keys while it was still dark out. It would have been more convenient if the keys were available for pickup/drop-off onsite of the apartment, or if access to the building/apartment was via a key pad with codes changed between guests to ensure safety. Even with this minor inconvenience considered though, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this property to other guests.

The location was fantastic. The space was okay, although at times felt a little stuffy due to windows not being able to open fully.
Shower was okay but the bottom of it flooded the bathroom if you didn’t stop half way through and turn it off
