About this house rental
A BRAND NEW, beautiful coastal home located close to everything Port Aransas has to offer. Just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Plush, pillow top, or memory foam mattresses on every bed. Plush towels, flat screen smart TV's in every room, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and adorable coastal decor are just a few amenities that will make you feel at home and have you looking forward to your next vacation here at Saylor's Sandcastle.
Our spacious outdoor area boasting a private pool, a gas grill, and picnic table is perfect for having a drink and relaxing with family and friends after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower for a quick rinse before relaxing outside or heading indoors. Your outdoor oasis awaits you at Saylor's Sandcastle.
The master en-suite bedroom offers a plush king size bed, closet, smart flat screen TV and private bath with double sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with a smart flat screen TV. The bunk room has one full over full bunk bed and one twin over twin bunk bed and also has a smart flat screen TV.
The Living Room features a queen size sleeper-sofa, loveseat, 55 inch 4K smart flat screen TV and Wii gaming system. Spacious open floor plan with large windows allows for abundant sunshine and natural lighting.
Dining and kitchen area features a large table that seats 8 with kitchen bar seating for 4. Enjoy morning coffee with an ocean view on the balcony.

It was out first time visiting Port Aransas. This house was great choice! The location is great, very close to the beach and the communication with the owner was excellent!

We loved the close proximity to the beach access. The inside was very spacious. The host was very responsive and we arrived early and was able to access the property early. We rented this place due to the listing said Brand New with beach view and pool. We were disappointed that this is not Brand New and is misleading. Per the sign in book it’s about 4 years old. There is no beach view from the house due to other rentals have it blocked by Palms again misleading. Our view of the blue rental is pretty rough itself and not the beach view. There is a pool however it was dirty and had left over kid toys in it. Bugs and even a few roaches in the pool and seemed unmaintained. No pool skimmer to even get out the bugs and things floating in pool. Tuesday the pool did get cleaned and was running and could smell chlorine so that was nice to be able to use it. There was a wasp nest with about 5-6 wasps on it. No wasp spray to be found and had to go and purchase some. I did leave it under the kitchen sink for the next guest. Excited to use the margarita machine however it had not been cleaned! Needless to say we did not make margaritas. 2 of the outside chairs are broken under the patio. Patio, outside siding, all railing front door and outside windows are dirty. Cigarette butts left in a coffee cup on the front porch. We left them there where we found them. We do not smoke and find this quite disgusting. The toilet rims are stained and gross and needs to be scrubbed. Live roach in MBR
