This property was a great space for our large group to enjoy both the beach and the pool. The living area is large and open to the kitchen. The bedrooms are private so one could always retreat from the group for a nice nap. Parking was very adequate, and the outdoor rinse station came in handy.

Great set up for our family. Grandkids loved the pool and close proximity to the Gulf was wonderful.

We had a great stay! House was nice and clean. Private pool was excellent. Loved the location to the beach too. Our only complaint is the bedrooms on the main floor were warm and the grass wasn’t cut so lots of mosquitoes. We bought a fogger and that helped. Thank you for a fun time!

We stayed here 2 years ago. There was a soft spot in the bedroom floor on the third floor that was concerning. That issue had not been addressed in two years. But a new slider was constructed in the apartment on the ground floor and a new fold up bed added. We won’t return because we are not confident in the owner fixing the flooring. Location to the beach is great.
