We rented 2 houses next door to each other for a gathering of 38 people. New Wave was on point. Both houses were ready when we arrived and checkout was a breeze. We never had to call on them during our stay but due to their professionalism before and during checkout, I'm sure that would have been smooth as well. They even delivered and pick up the golf carts. Wow! What a good time. We will defiantly be back and will only rent from new wave from now on.

We loved this house. It's clean, very spacious, and the kitchen is so well stocked!
The bathrooms for each bedroom was a major plus as well. The pool area was perfect.

Love this house!! 2nd year there!! So many bedrooms and baths! Enough for everyone. Lay out of the house is awesome too. Plenty of seating for meals, well equipped kitchen and the pool and backyard BBQ and seating areas are fantastic!! We will be back unless we outgrow this house!! One of our favorites over the 24 years we have been coming to the coast for our annual beach weekend.

The property had plenty of sleeping space for 9 adults and 8 kids. The house was ready right on time, and very clean. The outdoor spaces were great for our group. The location was perfect. We did get sugar ants upon arrival in the kitchen pantry, but the rental management team was quick to respond. We would definitely recommend, and have already talked about booking again for next year!
