Stay at one of Port A's Hot Spots!! Port A Beach Club #4... This Beautiful home offers an open living room / Dining area that can easily seat 30 guests. There are 2 large flat screen TVs in the living/dining area and one in each bedroom. This house has it all... WIFI, internet, walk to the beach, and a private pool!!
This fabulous property is perfect for that family reunion, work retreat by the beach, or a company-sponsored fishing trip. The fully stocked kitchen is large enough for several people to prep, cook, and clean up. The kitchen is also equipped with two of each major appliance (2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators) It also has both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. A half bath is located right off the kitchen.
A nice breezeway-type patio separates the 3 bedrooms on the first level from the living area. This is great for privacy. (BD1) has a King-size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, and a full
ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. (BD2) a King-size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, and a full ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. (BD3) same as 1 & 2, a King-size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, a full ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.
Go back into the main living area and up the stairs to your right you will enter the game room, here you and your guests will enjoy a large TV, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table, as well as an extra large sectional sofa. There is also a deck to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine.
To the left of the stairs are 3 more bedrooms. (BD4) has 2 sets of bunk beds with Full-size beds, a TV, and a set of shelves to place your belongings. (4 beds total) (BD5) has a King-size bed, TV, and a small closet with shelves. There is a shared full bath between these two bedrooms with a tub/shower combo. Back out to the right of the game room are 2 more bedrooms. (BD6 & BD7) Both with a King-size bed, TV, and a small closet with shelves and they both share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
On the other side of the game room is a hallway that leads to the last three bedrooms. (BDS 8,9,10) all have the same, a King size bed, TV, a small closet with shelves, and an ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a stackable washer & dryer for your use.
This house has 6 Master bedrooms!
Outside is just as great as inside, There are 2 charcoal grills to cook on, as well as your own private pool to cool off and relax in after a great day on the beach. Plenty of yard room to bring your yard games to play.
There is parking for a maximum of 8 vehicles, (golf carts count as vehicles) The location of this property is very convenient to walk to the beach, a few restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment.

This is an annual event, This property was wonderful for all 16 of us. The kitchen is especially great. All of us could sit at one table when we pushed the tables together. I did not realize the pool was so small. It is 4 ft at the deepest part. Very small.

Great location and loved our stay. A couple of small maintenance items with wobbly chairs and broken trashcan lid, but nothing I wouldn’t expect from a rental and nothing that would make me lower from 5 stars. Hosts were great at responding.

The venue was extremely spacious and looked exactly like the pictures shown! Proximity to beaches, restaurants and stores was perfect! All rooms had clean sheets and a plethora of towels. We did have some trouble with some of the TV’s not being viewable/turning on but that didn’t bother us much as we were mainly spending time together or at the beach. Overall I would suggest staying at this property again!

Things were clean, spacious, close to the beach, nice small pool, golf carts…..
Our group consisted of people 3-72 years old. They were all pleased with the accommodations.
