A BRAND NEW, beautiful coastal home located close to everything Port Aransas has to offer. Just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Plush, pillow top, or memory foam mattresses on every bed. Our spacious outdoor area boasting a private pool, a gas grill, and picnic table is perfect for having a drink and relaxing with family and friends after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower for a quick rinse before relaxing outside or heading indoors. Your outdoor oasis awaits you at Saylor's Sandcastle.
The master en-suite bedroom offers a plush king size bed, closet, smart flat screen TV and private bath with double sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with a smart flat screen TV. The bunk room has one full over full bunk bed and one twin over twin bunk bed and also has a smart flat screen TV.
The Living Room features a queen size sleeper-sofa, loveseat, 55 inch 4K smart flat screen TV and Wii gaming system. Spacious open floor plan with large windows allows for abundant sunshine and natural lighting.
Dining and kitchen area features a large table that seats 8 with kitchen bar seating for 4. Enjoy morning coffee with an ocean view on the balcony.

The property is cheerful, comfortable, and superbly located to beach, town, and activities. Communication with owner was excellent and offered us great advice for our first trip in Port A. The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving get away. We will be back!

The house was perfect. A private pool made it even better. No property manager, you are directly speaking to the owner and he makes himself readily available during your stay! Would definitely recommend over and over again!
