Discover Crandall's Cottage, the charming house on the beach that has been in the owner’s family since 1963. Bring your friends and family and stay in luxury and comfort that sleeps up to 12. There is no better beach access or views on Mustang Island, with just a short walk down your private driveway directly to the beach. Decks on the second and third floors provide amazing, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean.
Cook for your large group or family in the full-size kitchen complete with all your kitchen appliances and essential needs on the granite countertops. Sit at the kitchen bar or at the eight-person dining room table looking out on the beach or enjoy multiple outdoor eating areas on the decks. Large sofas and multiple comfy chairs provide the perfect spot in the living room to relax after a day at the beach. Play games, tell stories, or enjoy streaming on the 65-inch flat-screen HDTV.
The second floor includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one with a private balcony. This floor also has a laundry room and a full bathroom. The primary suite on the third floor has a king-size bed, a daybed with a trundle bed, a large private balcony with a sitting area looking out over the beach, and a 65-inch flat-screen HDTV. The primary bathroom has dual vanities, a stand-up shower, a separate bathtub, and a large walk-in closet. The first-floor stairs lead to a bunk room complete with four built-in bunks and another 65-inch flat-screen HDTV. It's playfully decorated to simulate being in the belly of a ship and has views of the surf! It's the perfect spot for kids or teenagers to relax in their own space away from the adults!

Great location and house. Loved the views from the house and patios. Beds were very comfortable. Downstairs bedroom was awesome for the kids. Plenty of dishes. Plan on packing some dish towels, rags.

Great beach location and fun to have a golf cart! Not as clean and well maintained as expected. We were disappointed in the housekeeping. One of the beds in the bunk room had not been changed. I notified after-hours service and sent an email, but the bed was never changed during our 5 day stay. Maintenance is lacking - patio doors were very difficult to open and close, grill was very old and dirty, a number of walls need touch-up.
