The first level offers two guest bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, which share a full-size bathroom. The location of the house is very nice with easy beach access. The beds are very comfortable. The house is as shown in the photos. All in all is a good unit. Negatives - the refrigerator must get turned off between guest arrivals as it was not cold when we arrived and the note posted on the fridge reads it takes a few hours for it to get cold. Not acceptable as we had a baby with milk and a lot of food. Washer is difficult to use and no instructions. Dryer does not work well and takes two or three cycles to dry. There was a hole in the wall that needs to be repaired.

I called to let y'all know. Nothing for fixed while we were there as far as I know bc when i called to check no on called me back.
