Beachfront luxury meets laid-back Panama City Beach style at Boardwalk 1111, Admiral's Quarters. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers nearly 2,000 square feet of comfort for up to 12 guests, with sweeping ocean and pool views and a prime resort setting just steps from the sand.
You must register in advance for parking/amenities at Boardwalk. Prior to your arrival you will receive a link register and pay the fees directly to the resort. The registration fee is NOT included in your reservation. Your registration packet is picked up from security from arrival. You are limited to 2 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Vehicle Reg Fees ($50 per vehicle) & Armbands ($6 each).
Inside, the bright coastal design and open layout create an easygoing atmosphere perfect for family vacations, couples' escapes, or group getaways. The main suite features a king bed and oceanfront sleeping space, while the second master lockout adds extra privacy, a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and its own kitchenette. A queen bedroom and fun bunk room round out the sleeping arrangements, giving everyone a comfortable place to unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, cookware, dishware, and generous counter space for home-cooked meals or beach-day snacks. Gather in the living area for movie nights on the flat-screen TV, enjoy the dining space, or step onto the balcony to soak in fresh Gulf breezes and beautiful resort views.
Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, elevator access, and covered parking. Beautiful condo! It had a lot of sand on the floor in the condo where we tried to sweep everywhere to get it cleaned up. We also did not have any hand soap in the bathrooms and had no more dish soap at the kitchen sink because it had all leaked out.

Everything was great, the only issuewhile we were there was a couple of the elevators were down but overall I’d still stay again in the future
