This 6th floor condo is one of the nicest 4 bedroom condos in all of Panama City Beach.
The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.
The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.
The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize balcony and a queen pull out couch.
The 4th bedroom or the efficiency has a king size bed, free standing twin size bunk beds, large flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. It has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.
With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From this 6th floor balcony , you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.

We loved our stay for the most part! The condo is right on the beach, hot tub, heated pool, and a few minutes from Pier Park so there isn’t much to complain about. However, if I were to complain, it would be about the small water heater in the suite, the TVs being outdated in the bedrooms, master bedrooms tv didn’t even work nor did its remote, and the washer and dryer is extremely noisy. Our guest in the suite had to take a cold shower almost every night. The master bedroom not having a functioning TV wasn’t a deal breaker, but we would have loved to been able to sit in our bed and watched our favorite Netflix series after a long day of chasing a toddler around. I just feel like for the price of this place it could use some updating, is all. Location, cleanliness, security was so nice, everything else was great! I would definitely come back.

Room was fine but the floors were dirty and the door for the air return was dirty cabinets had dust on the doors vanity in the room with bunk beds was not useable because the drain leaks

This location is perfect for the area for families! This unit has no hotels next to it and you can easily set up a prime spot in the beach! The unit is spacious, so lots of room for the family to hang out in. We have stayed at this exact unit 4 times now and will definitely be back!

Beautiful view, but its time for a little maintenance The condo is needing a deep clean including some fresh paint. There are several spots that have been touched up with the wrong color of paint. The toilet needs repaired in the “efficiency suite”, the dryer needs repaired it takes forever to get anything completely dry. The balcony has a lg table and chairs but 2 of the chairs are broken. Floors were really dirty, no broom just a vacuum that was junk
