This 7th floor condo at the Boardwalk is one of the nicest 4 bedroom condos in all of Panama City Beach.
The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.
The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen cable tv.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.
The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize balcony and a queen pull out couch.
The 4th bedroom or the efficiency has a king size bed, and twin size bunkbed, large flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. It has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.
With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From this 7th floor balcony , you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

This place was great. Our room was very clean when we arrived. This unit is very big with enough room for 10-12 people. The beach had a lot of space to set up chairs and not be right on top of other families. The pool and splash pad are great for kids of any age and very clean. The pool side restaurant had great drinks and food. There was only two things we didn’t like. The pool access was closed until 9am which makes you walk to the other side of the pool by the bar to have beach access. This was a pain for us because we were on the complete opposite side of the hotel. ( They could let people walk through to get to the beach and set up a couple cones with ropes and a pool closed sign IMO) The only other thing would be for a unit this big, it would of been nice to have more plates bowls and accessories for the kitchen. This unit also has a normal coffee maker with no option for k-cups.

This condo was great for our girls trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony was big with plenty of furniture. Overall it was a great place.

Beautiful view with many items provided for fun day at the beach. Pool and hot tub area was well organized and clean. The cleanliness of the room itself was not so good. When we pulled dishes from the cupboard, majority of them were dirty. Visible dust, dirty socks from previous renters were behind curtains and between washer and dryer. Bathrooms, especially toilets, need a thorough cleaning. Drawers were dirty and I cleaned them with a bleach wipe. One of the showers did not seal, leaking water when used. One of the toilets continuously ran unless you took lid off and fixed it. The cooking pans need to be updated as stainless steel is very hard to clean. The dryer had a loud clunking noise. Talked with staff on property and they sent a maintenance person. They said dryer was wore out but that we could keep using it. The property itself was enjoyable but the condo needs updating.
