This unique property features six bedrooms and six bathrooms plus two half bathrooms, with accommodations for up to 20 guests, making it perfect for large families, reunions, or multi-family vacations. Guests will enjoy sweeping views of Grand Lagoon, multiple furnished balconies, and two spacious living areas designed for both comfort and privacy.
Each side of the home includes its own fully equipped kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. Open layouts and multiple gathering areas allow guests to spend time together while still enjoying private space when needed.
Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across both units for flexibility and comfort. In each home, the second floor includes a king bedroom with access to a shared bathroom, along with the main living area, kitchen, and washer and dryer. The third floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a third bedroom with two full beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Both third-floor bedrooms offer access to balconies with Grand Lagoon views. Each first-floor game room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests and a half bathroom.
