Welcome to Moon Tower! This family-friendly Seaside home has a prime location just a 4-minute walk to the beach and only 3 houses from the West Side pool. Moon Tower offers three bedrooms, three baths, two open porches, and a private open air tower. There is plenty of space for the whole crew to enjoy a relaxing retreat at the beach.
This upbeat coastal teal cottage has spacious open-air porches both up and down that run the length of the home. The downstairs porch features a bench swing and is the perfect morning coffee hangout location or a great spot to grill out with some good tunes and conversation. Step inside and there is a generous living room with two sofas and two club chairs to comfortably seat family and friends. There is a large mounted Plasma TV as well, perfect for family movie nights after long days at the beach. Adjacent to the living area and across from the kitchen is the open dining area, featuring a large farmhouse table and chairs to seat six to eight comfortably. The adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar seating area to accommodate three more. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities to prep and cook family meals at home. It is complete with plenty of cabinet storage, a two-door large fridge, an electrical four burner stove top, microwave, coffee pot, and just about everything you could need in a kitchen. The kitchen and breakfast bar area is a great place to commune over some wine, charcuterie, or a home-cooked meal after a long, fun-filled day at the beach. Additionally, this level has a full bath with a shower for your convenience!

We loved the Moon Tower location. We enjoyed the outdoor porches. The beds were comfy and the living room was cozy - just needs a lamp or two. The bathrooms are a little run down and the hot water heater could not handle 5 people taking a shower. We had to wait 30 minutes between each shower, so that was disappointing. Also, the fire alarm indicated a low battery by alarming 3 times every 5 minutes at 4am, so we didn’t enjoy that part very much, especially since nobody from the management company answered their phone.
