With its classic charm, the spacious 'Timeless' cottage offers a spectacular location and inviting features. Exuding southern-style hospitality, this large cottage boasts expansive porches on both the first and second floors, stretching across the entire front of the home. These outdoor spaces are perfect for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the views with swings, rockers, and comfortable seating. Inside, the cottage is equally gracious. The first floor features a cozy sitting area with built-ins, as well as a ground-level primary king bedroom, complete with a private bath featuring dual vanities, a shower, and a fireplace for added warmth. Two additional first-floor bedrooms, each with twin beds, share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
On the second floor, you'll find a bright and welcoming living room with a fireplace and flat-screen TV, bathed in natural light from large windows. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a side balcony, offering additional outdoor dining space. Back indoors, a more formal dining area with a large table seats up to ten guests. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to a cozy loft area furnished with a daybed for extra convenience. Just a few more steps take you to the open, third-level tower deck, providing the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset over Seaside.
Located conveniently across from the West side swimming pool, 'Timeless' is also within easy reach of Seaside's many amenities, including multiple pools, a fitness center, and tennis courts. The cottage serves as the main house to the guesthouse, 'Time Out of Time,' giving visitors the option to rent both properties together for larger families or more privacy, or separately for smaller groups.
For additional room, the guest house, Time Out of Time, VRBO# 570284 may also be rented as a 1-bedroom cottage.

Timeless is a wonderful home in the Seaside area and has everything you would ever want for comfort and relaxing yet is close enough to everything Seaside has to offer! We have rented her for over a decade and this home is in the top 5% of all Seaside homes--the patios and furniture and all their extras were perfect and clean and well-kept--and the home is big enough to have privacy even if you have the whole family. Thanks to the Timeless owners and Homeowners Collection!

Timeless is in an excellent location and has a nice layout for a large group. However, it is in need of an update. The refrigerator and freezer are difficult to open and the freezer quit making ice after two days.When we arrived we were preparing dinner. No cookie sheet, no whisk and no pot with a lid that fit. There are about 20 pots of various sizes but no lids except for one skillet. The only "working" blender leaked and sprayed contents out the backside. What is the point of a non-refundable damage deposit if an inventory is not taken before every rental and items replaced that are not there? Overall the cottage seems pretty worn-out: lots of chipped paint, sagging cabinet doors, worn floors and stained slip covers.

There were plenty of cozy spots to spend time reading and for having good conversations. Plenty of outdoor seating on wrap around porch.
