This home greets you with a front porch designed to relax with a good book and a cup of coffee. When you enter the home you are welcomed with a double sided fireplace between the spacious living room and dining room. The dining room offers stylish seating that can accommodate 6 guests. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop and cabinetry. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room and access to the outdoor space where you can dine alfresco. The master bedroom is on the first floor and is complete with a king size bed and private bathroom with a shower and tub. There is a half bathroom on this floor for your convenience.
The second floor of this home features a guest bedroom with two queen size beds and access to the front porch that provides great views of Watercolor. This bedroom has a private bathroom with two water closets, as well as a separate tub and shower.
The carriage house offers a king bed on the second floor and a private bathroom with a shower. Located on the lower level of the carriage house, you will find a bonus room* with two twin beds. This room has a exterior, private entrance, just off of the back porch. There is a half bathroom that is accessible outside, as well as an outdoor shower.
*Bonus room may not be appropriate for young children, as the entrance is on the exterior of the home.
