Nostalgic seafarer decor flows beautifully through the Boathouse. The first floor is comprised of an open family room, dining area, and kitchen, providing plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Also, a quad twin-bedroom suite with a private bathroom is on the first floor.
On the second floor, guests will find 3 additional bedrooms, a laundry, screened porch, and a private porch off the primary bedroom.
Detached stairs behind the main house leads to the large sunning deck of the carriage house, equipped with a living room, kitchen, laundry, king bedroom, and a private bathroom.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This home was perfect for our week after Christmas/NYE vacay. We had 3 families in our group, 11 people total. The home was very clean and well stocked. It is the perfect location within Watercolor- short walks or a bike ride (whichever you prefer) to Camp Watercolor, Watercolor Beach Club, or Seaside! We have stayed at many places along 30A but never Watercolor- we will definitely be back!
