Guests can arrive and park, then enter through a lobby and take the elevator. This will bring guests into an open-air, common, furnished, spacious, deck that is surrounded by stunning views of the gulf and the town. Enter through the door to land into the foyer. Twelve-foot ceilings in the foyer showcase a sloping rotund wall. Step into a tasteful open floor plan! The beautiful wood dining table has comfortable seating for ten. The adjoining kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, white and gray quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. A sectional sofa faces the gas fireplace and hi-def flat-screen TV. There is also a relaxing alcove overlooking the event lawn that leads to an outside terrace with custom-built outdoor furniture. Beautiful artwork can be found throughout the home.
The first bedroom features a built-in platform bed with a queen-size mattress and a flat-screen TV. Across the hall is a half bath. From the foyer, you can access one of the outdoor terraces. Wonderful! Spacious for our 7 people even in the living area which is usually the issue and near to everything. The condo was updated and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The patio seating is so cozy - I loved that space and hung out there daily.

Can't beat the location. Spacious property with three outdoor balcony areas. We spread out with our teenagers and their friends. The property managers were responsive and always got right back to us.

Space/ Beds were nice but the cleanliness of the floors & bathrooms weren't so much.. had to have shoes on or your feet turned black. Stains on carpet and there was a dirty wash cloth still in the shower from the previous stay.
