· No golf carts allowed in Seaside per HOA regulations. Limited medical exceptions may apply.

· Access to Seaside private beach entrances and community pools is included. Pool heating and towel service are managed by the HOA and subject to change.
· No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in fines or eviction.
· The annex entertainment lounge and annex king suite are connected by exterior access only with no interior staircase between levels.
