Great house..... pictures are accurate.... if you love to cook... the kitchen has most everything you need. We loved the 5 minute walk to Seaside town center. House has a nice little lane out front that has no traffic.

We had 12 people in our group spanning 3 generations and the house fit us all perfectly! The bottom level is like it's own suite with 3 bedrooms and a living space - this is the level that you enter on. The main living space with the kitchen is on the second level so be aware that there are stairs involved for cooking, eating, hanging out altogether, etc. Fortunately this wasn't an issue for us but a gate on the stairs might be nice for an extra safety precautions with little ones. The screened porch on the main living level was really great to have. We were right in between Camp Watercolor and Seaside so we walked everywhere, including to downtown Watercolor. We all loved how spacious the main living area was, especially with enough room at the dining room table to seat everyone comfortably. This was one of our top rentals in Watercolor!

Let me start by saying this home wasn’t one that we chose. The one we did was removed from listing and this was the only one left. It’s location was excellent: close to beach club and to the Seaside cut through. The house was good sized and easily accommodated our family. I will also say the pics didn’t do the house justice. It was nicer than the pics made it appear. However, it really needs some TLC and updates. Plus, if you slept downstairs (kitchen and main living area are on second floor) it sounded like a herd of elephants were moving above you anytime people were walking about up there.
