Guests can enjoy the best of Seaside — from its emerald Gulf coastline and award-winning architecture to its restaurants, boutiques, and iconic town square — all within minutes of the front door.
Designed with gathering and relaxation in mind, Saratoga features three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a thoughtful floor plan that provides both shared space and privacy. The main living area is open and airy, highlighted by soaring 20-foot ceilings and dramatic windows that fill the home with natural light. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with fresh white finishes and expansive quartz countertops, fully stocked for preparing family meals after a day at the beach. Wonderful family Christmas stay at Saratoga. The house is in excellent condition, well stocked, nice furniture, internet, YouTube TV, steps from the beach.. what's not to like. My only recommendation is to get some better blinds in the master bedroom.

The property was located in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and within walking distance of local attractions. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host.The rental itself was well-equipped, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. I particularly enjoyed the spacious living area and the fully stocked kitchen, which allowed me to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners.One highlight was the outdoor space; the patio was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, which helped us make the most of our stay.Overall, my vacation rental experience was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay in a rental property again in the future!

We are previous visitors to the community...we hosted family/friends for a week and were disappointed that the beach was not cleaner/groomed as in previous stays. The cottage while in a convenient location ( and we are repeat visitors) was not in the condition we had hoped. Showing age, not well kept up, housekeeping marginal ( dirty floors etc.). Furniture covers were filthy according to my wife. We felt badly as our guests were first time visitors - bottom line - not good value for the $$$$ - certainly not in June.
