Designed with gathering and relaxation in mind, Saratoga features three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a thoughtful floor plan that provides both shared space and privacy. The main living area is open and airy, highlighted by soaring 20-foot ceilings and dramatic windows that fill the home with natural light. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with fresh white finishes and expansive quartz countertops, fully stocked for preparing family meals after a day at the beach. The property was great. Excellent location near the Seaside stores. it was centrally located and great spot . The house was the perfect size, well maintained The property’s management was easy to work with. The property was everything we expected and more. We loved being able to sit out on the elongated porch. I highly recommend this property .

Wonderful family Christmas stay at Saratoga. The house is in excellent condition, well stocked, nice furniture, internet, YouTube TV, steps from the beach.. what's not to like. My only recommendation is to get some better blinds in the master bedroom.

We are previous visitors to the community...we hosted family/friends for a week and were disappointed that the beach was not cleaner/groomed as in previous stays. The cottage while in a convenient location ( and we are repeat visitors) was not in the condition we had hoped. Showing age, not well kept up, housekeeping marginal ( dirty floors etc.). Furniture covers were filthy according to my wife. We felt badly as our guests were first time visitors - bottom line - not good value for the $$$$ - certainly not in June.
