Welcome to Kaya a renovated home nestled in the heart of Seaside. This updated home blends modern comfort and designer touches throughout—from the sleek new kitchen and spa-inspired bathrooms to the stylish furniture. Kaya is ideally located within easy walking distance to all of Seaside’s top attractions—beach access, shopping, dining, and family-friendly entertainment. What sets this home apart are the expansive porches that span the entire front of the home on both levels, offering serene views of a peaceful wooded park. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee in a rocking chair on the ground floor porch or enjoying a breezy dinner on the upstairs screened-in porch, you'll find no shortage of spots to relax and recharge.
Inside there are three comfortable bedrooms on the main level and a fourth bedroom upstairs. The king primary suite is a luxurious retreat with new furnishings, a mounted flat-screen TV, and French doors that lead to a private screened-in porch lounge with cushioned wicker seating—a perfect spot for evening cocktails. The ensuite bathroom is spa-like, with marble countertops, dual vanities, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower featuring a rainfall and multiple-stream shower system.

This was our 6th vacation in Seaside, but our first time to stay in a main house, and Kaya did not disappoint! We were 2 adult couples and 1 family of 4, so the bedroom configuration was perfect. The family had a mini-wing to themselves. With screened porches off of every room, there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and have quiet time, too. The location was great. Just behind the school, it was quiet and a close walk to Town Square. A serene view of the park from the porches with no home on that side was really nice too. The home itself was in really good condition and well-maintained. There were games and puzzles available for the rainy afternoons, which we appreciated. Kaya is definitely on our preferred list! HC is always helpful and communicative, and we enjoyed meeting our rep upon arrival. Another great trip to Seaside is complete!

We have visited Seaside for almost two decades and have stayed in several different Homeowners Collection properties but this is by far our favorite (so far).Great layout, with the kitchen and family room upstairs which gave the place a light and airy feel but the best part of the house are the screened in porches on the first and second floors that face the greenbelt between Seaside and Watercolor. A great place to read, relax, have a meal, or a nap. This home is very close to the city center but just far enough away that you don't hear the noise or deal with the traffic and parking closer to the square (key during spring break weeks).The condition of the home and furnishings was excellent and the kitchen well stocked. This will be a family fav going forward.
