The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.
Unit 509 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and an air mattress for the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more
Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! Love this place, it is my favorite in cocoa beach. The pool is warm and crystal clear with blue hues. Ocean front condo was really beautiful with awesome views. Cruse ships passing every day to their destination. Remember to bring your binoculars, they are a must in the ocean view condo! You might even see a dolphins. The furniture could use a refresh and cleaning and the sofa was awefull. If you don’t stay in the room and stay out all the time it won’t matter. It did for us, seniors like to take naps and being comfortable is at the top of the list of comforts for us old people. Close to pier, all is in walking distance, resteraunts and groceries as well. Enjoy!

We stay at the Chateau often when we come to Cocoa and really love it there. I wasn't overly impressed with this unit for the price we paid and it being a "penthouse". The unit was dated. There was also ants all over the bedrooms and bathroom. The location is great though.
