This unit has two master bedrooms, both furnished with King beds, en-suite bathrooms and new Samsung UHD 4K TV's. One of the master bedrooms also has a private Oceanfront balcony and walk-in closet. There is an air mattress in the living room if needed. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more
This unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.
Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

This was an awesome place for us to stay for a few days! It was clean and beautiful with amazing ocean views! The beds were comfortable and the rooftop deck was great too! It was so nice to have beach chairs and towels provided, such a bonus! The parking was convenient and check in was great. Bookmarking for our next trip out to Cocoa Beach!

The place was awesome! The weather was not good for most of the trip, but on the good days the beach and pool were beautiful! Also the rooftop deck was amazing as the Blue Angel's flew right over us. We also watched cruise sips and a rocket launch from up there. Would definitely recommend staying in this room!

Beautiful location! Host respondents quickly with any questions or concerns. It is close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Quiet, right on the beach and very clean. We will be back!
