Very clean and well stocked. Beach was not crowded. Only thing is it’s very bright in the bedroom at night we’re not use to that where we are from. But would stay again. A

We loved the location!!! Right on the beach, great pool outside and full seating area with BBQ grill. Rooftop tables and seating which was perfect to watch the Space Launch!!! The pier is RIGHT THERE so food and drinks are super convenient!! I’m a return customer for sure anytime we go to Cocoa Beach

The property location and accommodations were good overall. The pool was heated, but it still was too cold to swim in, which was very disappointing since the ocean was also too cold and rough (red flag) to swim in too during our stay, The target pool temp was 86 according to the property manager, but it only reached 80F. Most people who wanted to swim didn’t because it was too cold. This needs to be more transparent, or the heater needs to be upgraded or fixed to put out more heat.

We cannot say enough good things about Chateau by the Sea, Kelsy and Stay in Cocoa Beach!Ahead of our trip Kelsy was an amazing communicator and ensured we were well-informed and clear on what to expect. She was responsive to our questions and requests and was always friendly.Upon arrival we were more than pleased with our unit and location. Unit 408 gave us an amazing oceanfront view with private balcony. The balcony furniture is barstool height so you can see over the railing for an amazing view while still being safe. We watched the sunrise every morning and occasionally used the rooftop patio to watch the sunset. The unit itself is beautiful—lovely décor, CLEAN, strong A/C and comfortable layout. The bedrooms are on the west side of the floorplan which allows you to sleep in, if you like, without sunrise sun pouring around the curtains. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the main gadgets, bakeware and small appliances you could need and we made good use of the washer and dryer. The pool is comfortable and clean—might even be a saltwater filter because we never felt the sting of chlorine. Even though the property appeared to be fully-booked, it never felt crowded—though the beach does get busy during peak times, the pool was a good respite. If you are traveling from afar, or don’t want to pack more than you need, you can skip the beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards because they are all provided and they are in excellent condition (no threadbare towels here!).Based on another review, we did pack a blanket/throw to use when we snuggled on the couch and next time might bring a drying rack to hang wet suits and towels to minimize use of the dryer as well as a sleep mask for our one, light-sensitive sleeper because the outdoor security lights were a little bright for them. But there WILL be a NEXT TIME! Our family is already talking about making this “Our place” to come year-over-year. We loved it THAT much!
