One-bedroom duplex apartment with a large, private chill-out terrace. With views of the Seville skyline and the Giralda and Cathedral.
Enjoying a central location by the famous Alfalfa square, the Cathedral and many other touristical sights, are only a 5 minute walk away.
On the lower level is the living room with french windows and silk curtains. Furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair and smart TV. Dining table with chairs.
Next to the living-room, with a separate entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for self-catering.
A passage leads to the bedroom, with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, built-in wardrobe and a window facing the quiet patio of the house. There is a marble-lined bathroom with rain-shower.
From the living room, stairs lead to the upper level with a private terrace inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather and exceptional rooftop views, inlcuding the Giralda and Cathedral.
Terrace well furnished and decorated with an extendible canopy awning, deck-chairs and rattan lounge sofas - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal.
Other features: central air-conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi internet access, solid cumaru wooden flooring throughout and original artwork.

Fantastic location and well kept appartment in the old town area of the City.Great for restaurants, bars and shops and only 5 minute walk from the Cathedral historical area.A minor issue very quickly and efficiently dealt with by Manuel and the Veoappartment team so very hsppy with local support and service.Highly recommended.
