The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

This apartment was in a great location (walked from train station) to explore Seville. Nicely decorated with all amenities needed. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Really great location. 5 or 10 mins from all the major sights.
The apartment is very comfortable and on a quiet side street but could be better equipped in the kitchen.
If you aren’t planning on cooking it’s fantastic, if you cook a lot then keep the meals simple.
The communication was exceptional and we were really happy with our 10+ day stay there

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen had everything we needed. When checking in, we waited outside at the curb 30 minutes for our host to meet us. There were many small flies in the apartment, which our host explained was due to the heat. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and some light fixtures need to be tightened. A little TLC, including pest control, would make a big difference.
