Right by the canal with its very own 35-foot dock space and access to the local Cabana Club, this home will be the best vacation home base you ever imagined. The quaint town of Key Colony Beach offers perfect beach living for everyone. Catch a charter and go find some dolphins, or rent some scuba gear and seek out some colorful fish. Fishing is also big in these parts, so grab a rod or two and catch your dinner! Enjoy access to the local Cabana Club with a shared pool, private beach access, and a lounge/wet bar.
The small-town atmosphere of Key Colony Beach is charming and welcoming. Since the town is so compact, you'll have no issues navigating to parks and restaurants. Being right by the canal will make your vacation feel extra relaxing (please note that this rental is one-half of a duplex.).
Set in neutral tones, this home's living room offers plush seating and tons of natural light. You'll feel right at home with access to cable and WiFi. The completely renovated kitchen will prove perfect for chefs and non-chefs alike. With designer countertops, a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances, it is upscale but comfortable. Outside on the deck is a gas grill for barbecues.
There are even laundry facilities available for your convenience.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home has a seven-day rental minimum.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: The dock is 35' in length.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check in was extremely easy and home was as advertised. Very clean, great location, well stocked, and very spacious. Overall, another great experience in paradise!One recommendation would be beach chairs and a couple fishing poles.

We stayed here for three weeks. We were very pleased with the house and amenities. It was very well stocked. It was freshly painted and new outdoor furniture on the upper porch. It would’ve been nice to have lounge chairs on the lower patio. But that wasn’t a a big dealIt is in a great location. We went to the Cabana Club several times
