Enjoy beautiful and clean Key Colony Beach! Private pool, hot tub, grill, outdoor seating on canal. 3 bedrooms one with bunks plus access to the Cabana Club. Walking distance to Sunset Park.

Key Colony Beach is it's own city outside of Marathon Florida in the Middle Keys. Very quiet and safe. Has private pool or walk to the beach front park, or use our membership to the Cabana Club and their private beach. Located on 11th Street, this single family home is quiet.
Two bedrooms are set up for adults and one bedroom has two bunk beds. This unit will sleep 7 (legal maximum capacity). Plenty of car parking is provided by the two car garage and large driveway. Includes a Kayak and two beach bikes. This home is SMOKE-FREE and CLEAN.
Wi-Fi access, no cable tv but smart TVs allow for access to Dstream with live TV. Fully furnished, amenities featured are listed below including: ceiling fans, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The large back deck overlooks 75’ of boat dockage on a 100' wide, deep water canal with cement bulkhead, with very easy access that leads to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Allow one small dog only and not allowed on furniture. Guests must leave yard 100% cleaned up and house free of all pet hair.
Renters agree and acknowledge that the house is next to the water. Aquatic vessels such as paddle boards, kayaks, floaties etc. may be provided or may be left by other renters. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS WEAR A LIFE JACKET. Owners are not responsible for any accidents or deaths. RECREATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Use of Cabana Club includes: ocean beach, heated pool, showers, restrooms, poolside cocktail lounge, game room, fishing pier, snack bar, and Cabana Breezes Restaurant. 50' TV.
Many nearby attractions and activities . . Dolphin Research Center, Theatre of the Sea, Crane Point Hammock & Museum, Bahia Honda State Park, Key West, etc, etc. On KCB 9 hole PAR 3 golf, tennis, bocci ball, basketball court, pickle ball, horseshoe area, playgrounds, bike, walking and roller blade paths, boat rentals, deep-sea fishing, diving, and snorkeling. A FUN PLACE: Miniature Golf at Boondocks (MM 27.5) and while there enjoy a nice lunch or dinner.
RESTAURANTS ON KEY COLONY BEACH: Key Colony Inn, Havana Jacks, and Sparky's Landing (all a short walk or drive) Across Hwy 1 is The Island Grill. Many more restaurants in Marathon too numerous to mention (List posted in rental units)
Commercial air connection is available to Key West, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Airports. Major car rentals available at all airports. There are four cameras on this property. One is in the garage, one on the driveway,one facing the front porch, and one facing the trashcans/canal. If you would like see the cameras during your stay, we can share the links. These cameras are meant for safety and trash can monitoring, as we receive fines if cans are on the road too early or too late. There are no indoor cameras or any cameras facing pool, patio, seating areas outside.

Great location and great home! Only a few minutes boat ride from Vaca Cut, easy access to the Gulf and the Ocean. Nice quiet canal with lots of room for a boat. This was our second time staying at this house and we will be returning in the future!What I learned from the first trip is I brought 4 panels of blackout curtains for the master bedroom because it’s very bright in the morning and tough to sleep in, other than that it’s ideal.

We had such a great week at this house. Perfect location for boating with easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. The dock was in great shape and we appreciated the bait cleaning station. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean and the perfect size for our family. We loved having the pool and the hot tub. This has been our favorite place we have stayed here in Marathon and we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed every minute of this beautiful home and location in KCB is a must for us. The property owners were very accommodating with any request/needs, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in, while visiting Marathon over the last 15 years.

We had a great family vacation at this house. The location is very good, close to restaurants, grocery, bait shops, etc. We rented a boat and the proximity to Vaca Cut was great with easy access to both ocean and bay sides. Two Conchs Marina was very close with cheap gas (just stay REALLY close to the docks/seawall on the approach as there is a very narrow channel). The dock setup was nice with plenty of room and good rub rails on the pilings. Pool was nice and private, hot tub was fantastic. Back porch area was spacious and relaxing with plenty of seating. We liked the inside layout with a great room and the "kids" bedrooms on the opposite side from the master bedroom. The best part is the hosts. Amazing communication and incredibly kind and accommodating. Great value and would definitely stay here again.
