This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom home comfortably sleeps 4, two in the beachfront king bed and two on the beach front queen sleeper sofa. A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets are allowed for guests, this is an Association Rule. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.
This home's floor plan features ocean views from every room-including the bedroom! It's one of the biggest floor plans in Sunbird with the most beach frontage. It's the only floor plan with a king main bedroom overlooking the BEACH! Why settle for anything less!

Everything was perfect. The location was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. The condo was perfect for us. The view was awesome.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very clean. The condo smelled a bit musty but it had everything we needed.

The view is fantastic and the property is perfect size for two people. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. I would have rated it excellent but there were a few cosmetic items that needed attention, the bathroom sink was slow draining and only one elevator was working which caused a delay getting to the 9th floor.

The location and the views of this condo was the best part. The rest was not as good as we were expecting.The condo had a harsh “damp” smell. The entire condo needs updated and renovated The shower head was coming out of the wall. The toilet ran a few times and my husband had to fix it.I used the blow dryer provided and it tripped the breaker. I would not personally book this condo again
