You'll love the open living area for quality family time whether you're playing cards at the pub table with seating for four, or having a quick bite to eat before heading out to the beach.

Whether you plan to cook up a meal or just brew your morning coffee, this cozy kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities you'll need. The kitchen features a full suite of new appliances and all the cookware you'll need to put together even the most complex recipes.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and two closets to store all your luggage out of the way. The primary bedroom is connected to the newly remodeled bathroom featuring a beautiful glass enclosed standing shower - perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.
The living room features a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa that's perfect for up to two adults!
CONDO AMENITIES
A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as dishwasher soap laundry powder, and liquid dish soap.
OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES
Step out onto pool deck and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the cozy patio bench for two a mere 10 steps to the seasonally heated pool. If that pool isn't your style, the property features two other pools and a boardwalk to the beach for your convenience.

Check in was easy. Condo was nice. A bit older and needed some updates but lived the location. A few recommendations for the next renter. 1. The sleeper sofa is so UNComfortable! It needs to be replaced as the mattress was too then and I am pretty sure the frame was out of wack. We ended up sleeping in recliners. 2. They do not give you a blanket or comforter for the sleeper sofa only the sheet set. We had to buy bedding. 3. The oven door will not open all the way due to the refrigerator blocking access. 4 Air never did get below 72 but that was okay for us. The room had a dehumidifier which helped the slightly musty smell. Maybe replace the rug (stained and dirty) at the front door and provide a rug when coming in off the beach, tile floors are nice but they can be slippery. We liked the price and location and felt safe. Overall a good stay.

Let me start by listing the Pro’s- we had a great time on our trip, the beach was beautiful! The check in process was smooth, & communication was good. The location of this condo is perfectly set, it’s directly next to the pool and beach access, kid friendly for sure! So nice that the kids can go swim right outside our doorstep no elevator hassle! The king bed was SO comfortable, always grateful for a good nights sleep!!
Now Cons- the SMELL of garbage is potent by the front entrance, the smell of air fresheners inside the unit trying to cover the smoke inside was evident, the air purifier didn’t help much. There were cockroaches everywhere outside and found 3 alive inside. There were several broken items upon arrival (blinds, lamp, missing sheets) but were all fixed the 2nd day. This area is not my favorite, since beach is public, many homeless ppl slept on the beach, but didn’t bother anyone. Overall, my kids enjoyed their time, but we wouldn’t stay here again due ultimately to the pest problem and trash smell. It’s unfortunate because this location is prime!
