Our stay was absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony was incredible, and we spent hours just watching the waves. The condo was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the location couldn't have been better—we were just a short drive from so many great restaurants and shopping spots. Didn't get an excellent because of the air conditioning being broken. There were two portable ac units that were very noisy and didn't keep the condo cool.

Sunbird itself is a great place to stay!Our problem was the furniture.The couch and loveseat were old and stained with food stuck to the material.We used blankets to cover the furniture.They also had a lamp that had broken, jagged glass.A table in the bedroom also had jagged glass.
Our room was clean other than they must have forgotten to sweep and mop the floor.I will say that the property manager wanted to take care of it immediately but I chose to do it myself.
I have to state that the property itself was very clean.The pools and grounds are very well taken care.Anytime I had a question the staff was super accommodating.I would definitely stay at the Sunbird again.I loved the view of my unit and the unit has great potential but the condition of the furniture made it uncomfortable especially not knowing how the stains were caused.I also need to add that the property manager offered to have the couches cleaned.We just chose to cover them up.
