Note: Sunbird sustained damage during Hurricane Isaias in October 2026. Repairs to the property are ongoing and are expected to be completed by Spring 2027. The center pool is closed for safety and you may hear construction noise on weekdays. Otherwise, your vacation won't be affected by the repairs. Registration (Parking & Armbands) is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice. Registration averages around $60 per stay.

We were very pleased with our condo and all the amenities at the property. We would have given all 5 stars, except the check-in process was a bit confusing. It would be extremely confusing for most. The condo itself was nice, maybe a bit dated. The only issue, but it is a beach front, was the floors upon arrival still had quite a bit of sand all over them. Also after walking barefooted through the house the bottoms of our feet were black. Our daughter struggles with asthma so I do pay attention to things a bit more than most. The air vents were quite dusty and some mold in the bathroom vent. However, we would absolutely stay here again and understand these things happen.

This was a perfect stay for my wife and I. We needed a quick getaway and beach time. The room was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Unfortunately it did rain over our stay but sitting on the balcony was perfect to watch the rain and look out at the beach and the Gulf of America! I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place for two. I know listing says 4 but I think that would be a stretch but perfect for two!

I really liked that the beach was right outside the condo, and that we were on the 2nd floor. The view was amazing, loved sitting on the balcony. It was in very close proximity to a lot of things. The condo could definitely use some updating. For the price I paid for the stay, it would be nice to have some beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach, because paying 55/day for that was not feasible. Also, some beach towels would have been nice. When flying, you only have so much room to pack things. The bathroom needs some hooks and racks in there, there was no place to hang our towels after using them. It would have been nice to have more outlets, or extension cords in the bedroom to plug our devices in as well. A few extra trash bags would have been nice as well. I would rate the whole stay probably a 7.5/10. It worked for what we needed, but could use some improvements.
