This house has a great location and access to the river. The host was responsive and helpful. I am taking a star off because the amenities in the house were basic. There were not enough towels for 8 people, not a lot of utensils in the kitchen, there was mold around the AC ventsand the AC couldnt keep up and there were missing sheets for some of the beds.

We go to the river every 4th of July, and since our usual house was booked, we were a little nervous about trying a new place. But the moment we walked in, all our worries disappeared. This home was perfect for our group!
The family room and dining area were spacious and comfortable, ideal for gathering with a crowd. But the true standout was the yard—absolutely gorgeous—and the short walk to the river was peaceful and scenic. It rained the entire weekend, but honestly, we didn't mind one bit. We spent our days playing games and relaxing on the beautiful back deck. It was the perfect place to be “stuck” in.
A couple of small notes: we couldn't get the living room TV to work, despite trying everything. Normally not a big deal, but we were hoping to catch the news. Also, the kitchen could use a few more large serving bowls to better accommodate a group. Other than that—no complaints!
We've officially found our new “regular” river house. Can't wait to come back!

Good location to white water amphitheater. Nothing special otherwise. Place was dirty when we arrived.
