This is a beautiful Gulf-front home located on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, designed for relaxation and fun. With 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, spacious living areas, and broad porches on both levels, this home offers the perfect beachfront retreat. An elevator makes access easy, and the 9' x 7' splash pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day) provides a refreshing spot to cool off. Accommodates up to 18 guests (maximum of 14 adults).

Main Floor – Open Living & Dining Areas
- Great room with a large HDTV over the fireplace
- Well-equipped kitchen with stunning beach views
- Dining area featuring:
* Table with benches and chairs

- Outdoor dining & seating on the porch
- Two bedrooms:
* King suite with a private bath
* Bedroom with two Queen beds and an adjoining bath (also opens to the hall)
- Laundry room

* Spacious bath with separate shower & tub
* Sitting area with a Twin daybed & trundle (ideal for kids or grandkids)

Additional Information & Policies
- No rentals to groups under the age of 25
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties
- For Hangout Festival, a refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required

The space was exceptional for our large group of 17. The beach views were great. Our last day we got to view a pod of dolphins from the deck.The sand was spectacular. The space was very clean. The littles thought the wading pool was great. The hosts were responsive through the entire process. The only downsides were we wish the pool was beach side and not viewing the street. I think more toilet paper should be provided. Only two rolls for each bathroom is not adequate for lsrge groups. It would also be nice to have a few spices in the kitchen provided. We would definitely return.

It was a great family Thanksgiving vacation. Weather was great most of the week, just a bit cool towards the end! I added the Christmas lights for our stay!
