This is a beautiful Gulf-front home located on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, designed for relaxation and fun. With 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, spacious living areas, and broad porches on both levels, this home offers the perfect beachfront retreat. An elevator makes access easy, and the 9' x 7' splash pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day) provides a refreshing spot to cool off. Accommodates up to 18 guests (maximum of 14 adults).
Main Floor – Open Living & Dining Areas
- Great room with a large HDTV over the fireplace
- Well-equipped kitchen with stunning beach views
- Dining area featuring:
* Table with benches and chairs
* Kitchen island seating with stools
- Outdoor dining & seating on the porch
- Two bedrooms:
* King suite with a private bath
* Bedroom with two Queen beds and an adjoining bath (also opens to the hall)
- Laundry room
Top Floor – Private Suites & Bunk Room
- Beachfront King Master Suite with:
* Private Gulf-front porch
* Spacious bath with separate shower & tub
* Sitting area with a Twin daybed & trundle (ideal for kids or grandkids)
- Two additional King bedrooms
- Bunk room that sleeps four—a favorite for the kids or cousins
Outdoor Oasis – Relaxation Under the House
- Sheltered splash pool, surrounded by lush vines and flowers
* Perfect for escaping the summer heat or enjoying a warm soak in cooler months
- Outdoor shower with hot & cold water
- Changing room
- Charcoal grill

Additional Information & Policies
- No rentals to groups under the age of 25
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties
- For Hangout Festival, a refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required
