Place your order 48 hours prior to arrival by 5 pm to avoid late fees. Attitude Adjustment is a gorgeous 6 bedroom/4.5 bath beach front home located on Cape San Blas. This home has a very open floor plan with tons of living space to accommodate up to 19 people. On the first level, you will find a comfortable size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, so you never feel like you're missing out on the family time conversations. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and the other three are on the 2nd floor. Three of the bedrooms feature king beds, one bedroom a double and a queen, one bedroom has two twins and the sixth has two twin/twin bunk beds with one trundle. Attitude Adjustment has free WiFi and Long Distance.

House was exactly as stated, very clean, great space. Only 2 issues. #1 they are mid beach refurbishment. I thought it would be done (which is on me) but having a construction site on the beach with you isnt great- though not the owners fault. #2. We had a service call every day we were there. Maybe this was coincidence but it was frusterating. The air stopped working x2, one of the fans wouldnt work, the door lock sticks so we couldnt get in the one night, etc. the hosts were very responsive but its aggravating when you are on vacay and having to call for maintenance daily.

The property itself and the location is everything it promises. The first 21 hours of our stay was marred by construction on the beach where the house has direct access. We were traveling with small children & the hike around that construction to get to the beach wasn’t pleasant. But once they moved further down the beach, (blocking someone else’s vacation, I’m sure), it was an idyllic setting and time.

This beach house was built in the perfect location. We loved this area. We did have a few problems.The hot water heater went out two times before it was fixed on the second attempt but we were out of hot water for 2 days in half the house. THE BIG PROBLEM WAS THE DISHWASHER WENT OUT ON WEDNESDAY AND NOT FIXED OR REPLACED. We did not have a dishwasher from Wednesday through Saturday. The house was clean and spacious with lots of open area. The balcony upper and lower were great. The elevator was very nice. Overall good but not having hot water for showers 2 days and no dishwasher for 4 days was so bad. We vacation every year in this area . I don’t think we would rent this place again because if the service for repairs.
