Attitude Adjustment is a gorgeous 6 bedroom/4.5 bath beach front home located on Cape San Blas. This home has a very open floor plan with tons of living space to accommodate up to 19 people. On the first level, you will find a comfortable size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, so you never feel like you're missing out on the family time conversations. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and the other three are on the 2nd floor. Three of the bedrooms feature king beds, one bedroom a double and a queen, one bedroom has two twins and the sixth has two twin/twin bunk beds with one trundle. Attitude Adjustment has free WiFi and Long Distance.

We enjoyed our week's stay. The direct beach access was perfect. The stumps on the beach were navigated very carefully. The house is well maintained and appointed however a larger refrigerator in keeping with a house that rents for 19 would be appreciated. The ice machine was great.

Property was ready and well maintained on our arrival as advertised. We had 14 family members made up of five couples and four adult children. The house was great for our family, steps from the beach. Elevator and ice machine a plus.

Post Hurricane Helen, there was some sand and a boardwalk in ruins, but nothing that could be helped by the awesome staff at Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals. We elected to continue with the vacation as scheduled. The kitchen is well stocked and the table comfortably sat all of us for dinners. The agency worked quickly to restore use of the elevator that took on storm surge. We had an amazing week at the house and we love coming back to the Cape every year. Thank you to the Costal Joe Vacation Rental team for sending pics post storm and working to make the trip great.

This beach house was built in the perfect location. We loved this area. We did have a few problems.The hot water heater went out two times before it was fixed on the second attempt but we were out of hot water for 2 days in half the house. THE BIG PROBLEM WAS THE DISHWASHER WENT OUT ON WEDNESDAY AND NOT FIXED OR REPLACED. We did not have a dishwasher from Wednesday through Saturday. The house was clean and spacious with lots of open area. The balcony upper and lower were great. The elevator was very nice. Overall good but not having hot water for showers 2 days and no dishwasher for 4 days was so bad. We vacation every year in this area . I don’t think we would rent this place again because if the service for repairs.
