Tucked along South Cape San Blas on Florida's beautiful Forgotten Coast, Tortuga Shores offers a peaceful beachfront escape without being far from local favorites. Walk across the road to Scallop Republic, explore the nearby paved walking and biking path, or head to Salinas Park for a game of pickleball.



Spend your days shelling, fishing, exploring the coast, or discovering the charming shops and restaurants of Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, and Indian Pass. And with dog-friendly beaches, even your four-legged family members can join in on the fun.



At Tortuga Shores, it's all about slowing down, soaking up the sunshine, and making memories you'll want to return to year after year.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE



We want your stay to be as relaxing and seamless as possible! Please review the following information before booking:



RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS



• A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

• A copy of a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation is required.

• A $1000 security hold (not a charge) will be scheduled 2 days prior to arrival and automatically released 3 days after departure if no damages are reported.

• Check-in instructions and your unique door code will be provided once all required items have been completed (must be completed within 48 hours of reservation).



HOUSE POLICIES



• The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay.

• Maximum occupancy is 24 guests.

• No parties, events, or third-party bookings.

• This is a 100% smoke-free property, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes.



DOGS



Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $250 pet fee per dog, per stay. Dogs must be included on your reservation. We kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture and beds, are crated anytime they are left alone, and are cleaned up after during your stay. Larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis—please contact us before booking. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws.



SECURITY CAMERAS



For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the front and sides of the home. There are no cameras inside the home or overlooking private outdoor areas, including the pool and hot tub.



Exterior security cameras must remain unobstructed and operational at all times. Any attempt to disable, cover, unplug, or tamper with a camera or the Wi-Fi equipment may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund, subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.



POOL HEATING



Pool heating is available year-round for an additional fee of $100 per night and must be purchased for the entire stay. The pool will be heated to a target temperature of approximately 85°F, weather permitting.



Simply request pool heating when booking so we can have everything ready for your arrival! The pool heating fee is collected separately after booking.



POOL MAINTENANCE



Our pool is professionally maintained twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, to ensure it stays clean and ready for your enjoyment. Pool service may occur during your stay, and the technician will access the outdoor pool area to perform routine maintenance.



WEATHER & TRAVEL INSURANCE



Florida weather can be unpredictable. Refunds cannot be provided for weather, tropical storms, hurricanes (unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued), power outages, travel delays, or other events beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage, to protect your vacation investment.



ELEVATOR



The home features a residential elevator providing convenient access from ground level to all three floors, making luggage transport and multigenerational travel easier.



Please note that residential elevators are sensitive mechanical systems and may occasionally experience disruptions. While we make every effort to address issues promptly, repairs may take several days due to our remote coastal location and the availability of specialized technicians.



Elevator operation cannot be guaranteed. If anyone in your group depends on elevator access or has mobility limitations, please take this into consideration before booking.
