About this house rental
“Island Time” brings the entire gang together while still offering plenty of private space. This new, beautiful masterpiece is on the North Cape San Blas and occupies a double gulf front lot. The entry level welcomes you with plenty of parking, a spacious covered patio, outdoor kitchen, bath, shower and one of the larges inground pools in the area. The second level is made up of five private ensuite bedrooms and an expansive deck. Level three offers four more ensuites, a second living room and another huge deck. At the top level you will find an enormous open living, dining and entertainment space with soaring ceilings in the kitchen, large pantry, extra refrigerator, living, dining, game space and a huge bar area. This level comes with its own end-to-end deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The home is outfitted with quality furnishings and all floors are serviced by the elevator.
Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.
Bedrooms:
This home was designed with eight king ensuite bedrooms. Each is outfitted with a walk-in closet, dresser storage and a smart TV. The second and third levels are the bedroom levels. There is also a bunkroom ensuite on the second level for a total of (9) nine bedrooms comfortably sleeping a total of (22) people. Seven of the nine bedrooms have an amazing view of the Gulf and each bedroom suite has been named after the owner’s favorite islands!

Overall we loved the house. Plenty of room to spread out for our children and grandchildren. We had 20 guests total and the space was perfect. There were a few minor issues, primarily the “private boardwalk to the beach”. The boardwalk connects directly to the carport of the house, however...several neighboring houses claimed that their rental pointed to that boardwalk as being designated for their use as well. With the boardwalk connected to this rental, and the pool being right beside it, and us storing expensive e-bikes and paddleboards, it was a bit frustrating having several families on our property. We paid a premium for private beach access. I would recommend that a gate be added or at least signage stating that this is a private boardwalk for this home only. I did not expect to have neighboring homes with families and their dogs using the same boardwalk.

Island Time was a wonderful property. It met and exceeded all expectations. The host was available to answer questions in a timely manner.House has been beautifully maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. View of the water and sunsets was superb. I just don't have a negative word to say.

This house was amazing! The views from the decks were spectacular especially for the sunsets, the kitchen and living area were perfect with space for everyone to do whatever activity, amenities at the house were fully stocked (towels,chairs, floats), the house was spotless upon arrival and the host communicated in a timely manner. The bedrooms and gathering spaces served the need for our large family and gave everyone the space and privacy needed. Out of all the years we have been traveling to Florida (30 years) this was our favorite house. Oh, and we loved that the pool was full size. Made it easy to float around while the younger ones played!

We had a fabulous time with family in a gorgeous setting. The accommodations were excellent!Three refrigerators were a great help with feeding everyone.The pool and beach were wonderful for us all to enjoy.Every room was everything we needed for a spring vacation to remember. Some family members would like to stay again and will recommend to others.
