Every thing was perfect and as described. The only thing I would recommend is better refrigerators we had issues multiple times through the week with both of them. Needs better nonstick cook ware and a hand mixer as we cooked every morning and night and only had 2 skillets that we could use. It would also have been nice if the grass in the back was mowed and cut away from the walkway. It was too grown up and a good place for critters to hide!

What a beautiful home and great location! We had such a nice, peaceful week at the beach. The home is well maintained and super comfortable for our family of 12. It has easy access to an almost private beach. The views from each bedroom is spectacular. I highly recommend this vacation home to all!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a vacation rental. The property was in great condition and extremely well stocked. I cannot say enough good things about the manager, Donna. She was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond with her service. I will definitely use Be My Guest for my next vacation rental.

We visit the cape every year with a large group. We've stayed in some awesome homes. This property did not meet our expectations. While the home has potential, it appears to be in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Additionally, the online photos portray the interior much more favorable than seeing the property in person. During our stay, we encountered several maintenance issues, including: •The curtain rod in the upstairs right-side king suite fell off the wall.•The toilet paper holder in the middle bathroom would not stay in place.•The towel bar in the middle-floor king suite repeatedly fell off the wall when brushed against.•The right-side dishwasher was difficult to operate and inconsistent when starting.•Both gas grills were unusable due to propane leaks. We purchased and refilled a propane tank in anticipation of grilling steaks, only to discover neither grill functioned properly, resulting in an unnecessary expense.•We could not locate a dustpan when sweeping up sand. We also had concerns regarding the cleanliness of the property. While the management company was prompt in sending someone out to address the issues, finding sand and hair in the children's beds, as well as a headband left in the middle master bedroom bed, was disappointing and raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Upon arrival, the pool water was dark, cloudy and appeared poorly maintained. Although we appreciate that someone was sent to address it, it was frustrating given the amount of money it cost to rent this property. Additionally, we discovered and removed a dead rat from the pool the following day. The pool would benefit from more consistent maintenance and cleaning. Lastly, there was a paddleboard and kayak at the property, however there were no paddles, making the equipment unusable.On a more positive note, VayKLife was
