This Maui condo rental, has two bedroom’s plus a sleeping loft featuring Ocean, garden, and pool views ! Master bedroom has king bed. Unit has flat screen TVs & Blue-ray players in both bedrooms, a large flat screen/Blu-ray player in living room area. This unit has 3 AC’s for maximum cooling. Downstairs bedroom has two new twin beds. Loft area has a couch with queen hide-a-bed. Living room has lovely tropical furniture, comfortable easy chair, and queen sofa bed. Bathrooms have been redone with walk in showers and updated cabinets. Kitchen offers granite counter tops with spacious cabinets. Tile and wood flooring from entrance to lanai door. Well equipped

Conveniently located. South of restaurants so a little quieter but walking distance. Also a short 5 min walk from the beach. Comfortably slept 7 adults. They had beach chairs/towels/games and a cooler so we didn’t have to buy those. The front desk was easy check in and very kind.
Only had salt pepper and olive oil so if you want more spices make sure to check or grab some at the store!

7 of us stayed in condo 271. 2 bedroom with loft some pros and cons. I read the reviews carefully before deciding on staying here. Pros- great location right across the street from beach easy walk, lots of beach and condo towels , plenty of pans to cook with and serving plates great newer washer and dryer. Cons the lanai is so small and the table on it was so big could barely walk around it to sit but what’s worse if you have the air on inside the huge vent on the outside wall blows hot air and so much that you cannot sit out there with the air on inside. Not being able to eat outside was the biggest downer and for that reason alone I will never stay there again. The house cleaning was pretty bad The pull out couch on the loft had a very big what looked like a pee stain on the mattress cover. I don’t know how housekeeping missed it. The plates glasses silverware was put in the cupboard dirty with lots of food stuck to them. So we had to wash everything before using that was just gross. Walls and doors are so dirty. The head board is not attached to the bed or the wall so always banged against the wall with each movement. They only give a few garbage bags, 2 toilet paper, and 1 paper towel the rest you have to buy. I have been coming to Maui for 8 years and come 2 times a year and always stay at Maui hill and never experienced this but I thought I’ll try something new this time Not no more. The girl at the front desk is not friendly and would rather not be bothered by people Now I know why this place was cheaper then the others
