Amazing location! Beautiful beach literally on the doorstep. Comfortable bed. Excellent responsiveness to reported room niggles. Bus route and stop accessibility
An extractor fan in the bathroom would have been good. Cups for/that fit the coffee maker would be useful to make use of the appliance

Location was very convenient to activities we arranged. The convenient store was super helpful. Clean.
The fact that our bathroom and toilet were only feet away from the head of our bed. (No privacy). We had no other seats other than the bed to sit on. We kept our window shades shut because people could walk by and look in. We were delayed getting to the island due to an airplane problem and had a hard time getting into the room since we only knew one of the two codes needed to get into the room. It took us at least 30-40 minutes to get the first code.

Le wifi ne marchait pas et l'accueil n'est ouvert qu'en journée avant 17h.
Un service technique a laissé la porte de notre chambre grande ouverte.
le plafond de la chambre était vétuste
la ventilo de la clim est bruyant meme quand on ne l'utilise pas

Unit has been updated and met our needs - the grounds by the beach are very nice and we enjoyed watching sunset each night from the lounge chairs provided by the property. Tracey at the information desk was absolutely amazing in helping us coordinate all of our excursions/activities and is located right downstairs on property.
As noted prior to arrival, there is no longer a restaurant/bar which we used to LOVE going to each night. They are waiting on permitting to begin renovations on a new onsite restaurant. One thing I was not crazy about was that we had to wash our towels mid-week as the property only provides towel exchange if you rent through them directly. I would like to see hooks in the bathroom and balcony for ease in hanging up wet towels, bathing suits to dry and robes :)
