Kick back and relax in this 1,577-square-foot, two-story, condominium with a stylish kitchen, cool tile floors, and tropical décor. Located on the 4th floor, its lanai offers expansive views of the resort’s lush, tropical gardens and partial views of Kamaole Beach Park III.
Find yourself inspired with local fare and channel your inner masterchef! In this large kitchen, there is plenty of space to chop and prepare meals that can be enjoyed on the lanai, in the dining area, or kitchen island. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to dabble in island-style cuisine including a four-burner stove and oven, microwave, toaster, full-sized refrigerator, dishware, cookware, and a blender. Begin your day with a fresh local pot of coffee and enjoy the views from your lanai that has seating for four guests.
For extra comfort, the condominium includes 3 full bathrooms – 2 on the main floor and 1 in the loft. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level and one has a king and the other a queen bed. Both rooms have plenty of space to unpack in large dressers and one of the rooms has a second television. This unit sleeps up to 8 people as it is equipped with a king, a queen, a bunk bed, and a trundle bed. The upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed-perfect for kids! In addition to the three bedrooms, there are three bathrooms so everyone can enjoy their private space. In the bathrooms, there is one tub/shower and two showers. Each bathroom comes with towels and sample-size toiletries.
This home-away-from-home offers a wide range of comforts and conveniences including central air conditioning, four ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a large washer and dryer, and two TVs.

We loved our stay here!! Perfect location! It was really close to the beach and great shopping. I would totally stay there again.!! Loved our condo because they had lots of beds!

Our family of 7 recently stayed at Kamaole Sands in Kihei, in one of the 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom units, with a loft.
The Good:
Convenient location, with a short walk to the beach and a view of the ocean from the lanai.
Great property with lots of amenities. We swam in the pool most days and used the first come first serve grills a couple times. The grounds are beautiful. and the management was friendly and responsive.
There was plenty of space in the unit and a bed for everyone in the family. We appreciated having 3 bathrooms
The Bad:
There are two air conditioning units in the apartment, but only one was working and it was not able to adequately cool the space. The one functioning unit had to work especially hard and made the lanai super hot and loud.
The beds were hard and the pillows lumpy and the sofa was uncomfortable. After sightseeing, we just wanted a place to relax, but the uncomfortable beds and sofa made this difficult.
There were other nicer units on the property. We would definitely consider staying at Kamaole Sands again, but not in this particular unit.
