About this apartment rental
The Makai Suite (by the ocean) is the largest and closest suite in the desired F Building to Maui's famous and best Kamaole Beach, Kamaole 2. This spacious condo offers stunning ocean views. luxurious finishes and an exotic, gourmet kitchen. I have the closest possible parking spot, right beside the accessible spot!!! I often host parties of 8! Maui Banyan boasts lushly landscaped grounds with 2 pools & 2 hot tubs, tennis, and several BBQ'ing/outdoor eating areas. The F building is the only building featuring its own private lawn with picnic table and BBQ. It is a great place for kids to play, while Mom or Dad is running the BBQ. This property features a front desk and 24 hour security, concierge services and is walking distance to all of the fun restaurants and shopping that South Kihei is known for! A quick note on the Kamaole Beaches. Kamaole 1 is murky and rough (less so at the South end) and Kamaole 3 has no lifeguard and is rough and has a small shoreline . Kamaole 2 is the crown jewel of the Kamaole Beaches, and this condo is just steps away!!!
This condo has one of the few, reserved parking spots in the F building which is there for your exclusive use, right next to the accessible parking spot, for your entire stay. This is very convenient for coming and going. loading and unloading!

This building is cement block construction and is very quiet inside the suite. This unit offers the best location as it is closest to the ocean, has trememdous views and finishes and is far away from the speed bumps on the driveway in, which makes for annoying, repetive noises in some of the units a few doors down, closer to the parking lot (check Google Earth).

We had a great time at this condo in Kihei. The location is great, it was very walkable to restaurants and shops and didn’t realize how much we would appreciate it until we were there. Kamaole beach park II is directly across the street and was an amazing beach, and we used the snorkel equipment available in the unit to see sea turtles off the reef at the south side of the beach. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again, and also get the cinnamon buns down the street!

This place was right across the street from Kam II beach. There were shops and places to eat within a couple blocks. The kitchen was well-equipped. There were beach towels, snorkel sets and a sand bucket with toys. The pool and hot tub were great temperatures and clean. It was a great place to vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay with our family @ Lisa's condo. Perfect location with the unit being on the ground floor & beach being directly across the street. Loved sitting out on the Lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to the birds & waves!!!

Kam II beach is beautiful and the proximal location to the beach was great. The condo was certainly very spacious and comfortable although the mattress in the master bedroom was much too soft for my liking. The condo was indeed in the corner of the complex closest to the beach but the ground level location made the whole unit extremely dark; it received no natural light. If you stood on the small patio, on a chair to look over the shrubs, maybe you could see the beach. Additionally, the street level location resulted in excess noise and minimal privacy. Parking was also an issue although that could be an anomaly related to the busy Thanksgiving weekend. Certainly a pleasant stay but a little disappointing.
