About this house rental
Enjoy all the comforts of home in this newly constructed 2 bedroom, 3 bath house with new LG appliances, including a gas stove w/built in air fryer, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and ice maker. This home offers a full bathroom for each bedroom on the 2nd floor as well as a full bath with shower on the 1st floor. The living room has a brand queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Laundry facilities are also on the 1st floor for easy access. No need to worry about running out of hot water with our tankless hot water heater. 3 Large smart TVs with Roku and EV charging dock are included!
Our home is located only 3 miles from the new Milford Hospital, 12.8 miles from DE Turf and 8.7 miles to Prime Hook Beach. New area restaurants include the Big Oyster brewery 3.9 miles north and Abbotts Grill 11.1 miles south..
We have installed a smart lock for easy self-check-in so you can arrive as soon as the cleaners have indicated the house is ready or late at night if you arrive at the end of a long day. We will text your code prior to check in.

Great Stay, Host we very kind and responsive! there was so many little extra thoughtful things around the house like snacks, laundry detergent, water filter and the best ice maker ever! Home was clean and lovely fixtures and was so comfy after a day at the beach or outlets. Looking forward to my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this immaculate house. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy the day out at the beach and come home and cook a nice dinner. On the last night we got cozy and watched a movie on The large screen TV. The beds were super comfortable Which is super important because I’m a picky sleeper! Our host Was always available yet gave us our space. Thank you, Kevin!

5 stars doesn’t seem like enough to rate our stay. This house is perfect and has absolutely everything you need. Communication with the owners was top notch as well. Staying at this location made our trip incredible and we look forward to returning in the years to come. It felt like home away from home!
