We stayed for a couple of nights here. It served our purpose of having a place to be away from the rest of the family and a place to be together. The beds were comfortable. We didn't cook or use the grill space in the back yard, but the rest of our stay was fine. While there are beds for up to 6, the seating in the living room and in then eat-in kitchen doesn't quite support that. Had quick communication on an issue when we arrived.

Less than hoped for. Best feature was location near Laurel, DE. Overall rooms were small, beds were short, bathrooms especially tight. Thermostat controls were in locked wall box. Had to call twice to have adjusted. Inconsistent TV service (no cable). No ice maker or even trays. Uneven floors with steps to one room. Front door needs adjustment; slammed when used. Cooking essentials were adequate & new washer - dryer was appreciated. They are trying but overpriced.
