Beautiful historic house is very thoughtfully renovated and decorated and offers all modern amenities while retaining the charm of the period. The location is ideal for outings in close proximity for all members of our party (ranging from age 3 to 70.) Funland and birding and horseshoe crabs. It is a great home!

Had a wonderful stay. House had everything we could possibly need. Beds and linens were so comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Bathrooms had the little extras that showed us the host really gets it. Loved the outdoors seating options. Spotless!!

Property was well maintained and had a good vibe to it, we had a small gathering after a wedding and it was the perfect spot. The property owner was flexible with check in times and gave us everything we needed, the decor was a conversation piece in itself and was worth the stay. The close proximity to restaurants and pros was perfect, would definitely sty here again!

I stayed here with my teen for a field hockey tournament at the Delaware Turf. We arrived in the evening and we were scared about it being haunted as it was an old house with very scary portraits on the walls. Although there were 4 bedrooms, we stayed in the same room with the lights on. We used the sound machines as you can hear the cars on the street. During the day, it was clean and fine. There wasn't anything around to walk to for breakfast. The kitchen was very small, although we didn't cook there. We thought we'd have a place to hang outside and although there was a patio, it wasn't that inviting to do so.
