Welcome to the Shoreline Escape – Your Coastal Oasis in Lincoln, DE
Nestled in a peaceful wooded area just minutes from Delaware’s beautiful beaches and DE Turf, this spacious getaway is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Providing everything you need including a beautiful outdoor pool area & and indoor hot tub!
This is a brand new house, it consist of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor both with queen beds. A Large sectional sofa with a trundle in the center turning It into a bed. Upstairs you'll find the loft which has a set of bunk beds & a couch / floor bed! You will have access to a large in ground pool / hot tub & play set just a short walk across the street at our main residence. We are centrally located between the Turf fields & the beaches!
Guest have full access to the entire home, it does share the property with another airbnb that's at the back of the driveway.
Guest will have shared access to the pool and spa area during the summer and then the indoor hot tub in the sunroom all year round.
We are always available if needed but try to allow our guest to take the lead, if you want to hang with us by the pool, awesome! If you want to be left alone and not even see us, that's fine also!
We are dog friendly - there is a $75 pet fee PER PET.
We do allow extra guest to come and use the amenities for the day, it's $20 per guest per day.
We can usually accommodate early check ins & late check outs - there is a $25 fee for each.
Free Wifi, however it is in the woods so it can be spotty - cell service is great though!
If a pack and play or anything is needed for children we can accommodate!

We do have bikes & beach chairs for guest to use - first come first serve!
