This charming two-story, 2 bedroom and 2-1/2 bath Villa offers close to 1,591 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one-car garage complete with a golf cart.
Downstairs you will find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, Regular coffee pot, Keurig, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, you will find a half bath as well as a large screened back porch with access from the kitchen. You may also access the garage from the kitchen where you will find plenty of storage area, beach gear (cooler, chairs, mats, etc.), a gas grill, as well as an outdoor cooker (with an assortment of pots) that can be used for all your exterior cooking needs. (Seafood, Crawfish, Fish, Turkey, etc.)
Upstairs, you will discover the master suite and additional guest room. The master suite has a generous master bath with a large garden tub, a large separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity and a separate commode room. Just off the master bedroom, you may enjoy the view and gulf breeze while lounging on the second-story balcony. The additional upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and a large full bath. Other features include 9- and 10-foot ceilings, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and lots of storage areas.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The Martinique on the gulf area location is in a lovely nature reserve. The houses are neatly tucked away in a closed area. The house itself was great with every amenity needed for home life and the beach. The area by the beach was perfect and secluded. The whole place was a wonderful vacation and we will be back again.

Beautiful house, beautiful weather, in a wonderful setting. The area was so quiet and streets set up to make walking around. The gulf cart was I definite bonus. The bed in the master bedroom had a middle hard ridge but otherwise everything in the house was great. Loved the private back screen porch.

This vacation home was a wonderful choice for our getaway! We were so pleased with how clean and bright the house was, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back screened-in porch and patio quickly became our favorite spots for relaxing. The inclusion of the golf cart was a fantastic bonus, making trips to the beach and pool super easy and enjoyable. The house was comfortably furnished and had a great vibe. We definitely had a memorable and positive stay here!

The condo was decorated nicely, there was plenty of room for us 4, and the kitchen had everything one would need in it. However, the master bed was beyond uncomfortable to the point we contemplated leaving early from lack of sleep & body aches. We used the washer & dryer and several of our clothing items has brownish black streaks on them after laundering them.
